An invite code is sent to you by the other person. This website cannot look up or create invite codes.
A friend’s invite code
- They open Me → Who can add me.
- Turn on Invite code. The page entry appears only after the switch is on.
- Open Invite code to see the code and QR. They can copy the invite text or save the image.
The copied text usually looks like: Invite you to join node abc123 and add me as a friend with invite code K7m2.
A group invite code
Open the group chat and tap Group QR at the top right, then send you the code or the QR. If Allow sharing the group QR is off in group settings, that entry is unavailable. A group invite usually looks like: Invite you to join node abc123 and enter the group with invite code K7m2.
How to use it
- Open Add friend or group, then Add by invite code.
- Paste the invite code, or the full link they sent, then search.
If they reset the invite code, or the QR has expired, ask them to send a new one. If you have not joined the node yet, get the node Id and join first.
